Shipping: 

Shipping rates and venues vary for the different types of products we sell. Revolution Weaponry will utilize the cheapest method of shipping for the customer unless requested otherwise. Any ammunition sales are required to be shipped via UPS Ground and under some restriction cannot be shipped to certain states or cities (Please be aware of Federal and Local laws). Ammunition is considered Hazardous Material. Revolution Weaponry is not responsible for stolen packages.

Returns: 

All returns must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned before acceptance at our facility for further examination. Please DO NOT send merchandise without obtaining a RMA number from our Customer Service staff.

Ammunition is classified as hazardous material and cannot be shipped to any state or territory to which we cannot send merchandise by UPS ground service. Due to the hazardous nature of these items, they cannot be returned.

All ammunition sales are FINAL.

Any order that is canceled per the customers request or that does not meet legal requirements will automatically be canceled. You will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item. If you place an order online we as a small company are charged a fee by the credit card companies for the transaction, we will not absorb this cost on canceled or invalid orders. Non-Ammunition Returns within 90 days of purchase are accepted in original new condition, in original packaging and with all accompanying paperwork for refund or store credit.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

NOTE: If purchased product was received damaged, damage must be noted immediately when contacting Customer Service and pictures must be supplied documenting the damage. If your Return Request is approved, you are responsible for properly packing and securing your return order to protect it from damage incurred in transit back to our warehouse. All returned product is examined upon arrival and check-in at our warehouse and only product in New/Sellable condition will receive a full credit (unless the damage occurred in transit to your location and you properly notified and documented the damage in your initial Return Request Form). If for any reason you decide you want the product back after it has been received at our warehouse, we are happy to collect additional payment from you to cover the costs to ship the product back to you.
